Established in 1915 and run by fourth generation Haigh’s family, Haigh’s Chocolates is the oldest family-owned chocolate maker in Australia. The company currently employs over 900 people across its retail and online stores, three factories, and head office, and will be expanding from 22 to 26 retail stores in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Canberra by the end of 2026.

We're looking for committed individuals to join our Fulfilment team on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis at our Fulfilment Centre in Salisbury South! We have multiple positions available, giving you the chance to join our motivated and friendly team supporting both Online and Corporate Sales through Christmas and beyond.

We are seeking experienced Retail/Fulfilment Assistants, who have a strong passion in delivering the best customer experience for every customer order packed, making every parcel/order extra special from our warehouse right to the customer door.  

You’ll help bring joy to our customers by:
•    Picking and packing premium chocolate products to strict guidelines and specifications
•    Dispatching orders accurately and on time
•    Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory
•    Supporting the fulfilment team with daily tasks
•    Assisting with stocktakes and general duties

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about quality and customer service, with:
•    Excellent attention to detail to ensure every order is perfect
•    The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
•    A methodical and systematic approach to tasks
•    A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team
•    Initiative, professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
•    Previous warehouse, fulfilment or retail experience (an advantage but not essential)
