Established in 1915 and run by fourth generation Haigh’s family, Haigh’s Chocolates is the oldest family-owned chocolate maker in Australia. The company currently employs over 900 people across its retail and online stores, three factories, and head office, and will be expanding from 22 to 26 retail stores in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Canberra by the end of 2026.

Haigh’s prides itself on being a chocolate ‘bean to bar’ specialist, committed to the art of premium chocolate making, roasting cocoa beans to create a unique blend of milk and dark chocolate. Haigh’s are the largest Australian importer of raw cocoa beans, ethically sourced from cocoa plantations around the world, using only the finest and freshest ingredients.

Through meticulous artisan skills that include handmade chocolate creation and finishing, combined with advanced manufacturing equipment and techniques, Haigh’s creates exquisite chocolates that look and taste delicious.

We’re excited to share that we have multiple casual positions available at our Fulfilment Centre in Salisbury South, giving you the chance to join our motivated and friendly team supporting both Online and Corporate Sales through Christmas and beyond. Shifts run Monday to Friday, with trading hours largely between 7am – 6pm, with some weekend work and occasional late-night trade (up to 9pm finishes). As part of this position, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, making every order as special as the chocolates inside.

You’ll help bring joy to our customers by:

• Picking and packing premium chocolate products to strict guidelines and specifications
• Dispatching orders accurately and on time
• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory
• Supporting the fulfilment team with daily tasks
• Assisting with stocktakes and general duties

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about quality and customer service, with:

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure every order is perfect
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A methodical and systematic approach to tasks
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team
• Initiative, professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
• Previous warehouse, fulfilment or retail experience (an advantage but not essential)
