Our production team combine artisan craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology to create the premium chocolates our customers know and love. From chocolate making and moulding through to packing and presentation, every role contributes to creating the Haigh's experience.

You'll work in a clean, quality-focused environment alongside experienced team members who are passionate about what they do. Our Salisbury South Complex offers great employee amenities, including a wellbeing room, outdoor terrace spaces, a multifaith room, and secure onsite carparking. 

About the Role

These casual opportunities are available across:

Day Shift Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:15pm

Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:15pm

 You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of production activities including:

• Packing and presenting premium chocolate products
• Foiling and finishing chocolates
• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Conducting quality and weight checks
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting housekeeping and equipment cleaning activities
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous manufacturing experience to succeed at Haigh's.

We're looking for people who:

• Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
• Take pride in producing high-quality work
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are reliable and punctual
• Enjoy hands-on, active work
• Can follow processes and safety requirements
• Are willing to learn new skills
• Have good availability across Monday to Friday

Experience in food production, hospitality, retail, customer service, warehouses, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other quality-focused environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
