Sales Data Analyst

Established in 1915, Haigh’s Chocolates is the oldest family-owned chocolate maker in Australia. Run by fourth generation Haigh’s family, we employ over 900 people across 21 retail stores currently located in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra, as well as online, plus two factories and head office. Join our team as a Sales Data Analyst, based at our head office in Parkside, Adelaide, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence through data management, forecasting and reporting. Reporting to the Sales Optimisation Manager, we're seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about utilising data to optimise sales strategies.

Your key tasks will include:

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of sales data.
• Utilise analytical, marketing and sales data to forecast future product demands.
• Partner with Supply Chain to develop forecast models.
• Transform sales data for key stakeholders to track performance.
• Document procedures for sales reporting and evolve reporting onto business intelligence platforms.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a comparable position, encompassing data management, sales forecasting and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential).
• Familiarity with Power Bi (advantageous).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, combined with a talent for creating innovative solutions.
• A dedication to internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
