You will be the essential marshmallow to our rocky road, the missing ingredient to our P&C Business Partnering team.

To thrive in this position, you will:

  • Have a desire to develop your P&C skills and experience across a range of tasks, continually learning and contributing to our people plan.
  • Build strong relationships and engage with stakeholders on all levels.

  • Stay on the lookout for the latest trends and best practices, whilst also bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and have a systems focus for reporting and records management.
  • Be a recent graduate, soon-to-be graduate or be in the early years of your P&C career journey and hold a tertiary qualification in Business, HR or a related discipline.
  • Share our values of Contribution, Determination and Trust.

Why join us?

  • Gain hands-on experience with all aspects of the employee lifecycle and support our growth agenda.
  • Experience a positive team culture where your contributions and success will be celebrated (nearly) as enthusiastically as a surprise chocolate delivery to the office.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals who’ll be your career mentors and cheerleaders.
  • Team up with a bunch of likeminded people who are on a mission to make a positive impact whilst having fun along the way! Oh, did we mention the chocolate?

We have a strong values-based culture and offer a generous salary, short term incentive scheme, flexible working options, wellbeing initiatives, invest in professional development along with many other benefits. And just to emphasise, joining our team comes with the delightful bonus of indulging in plenty of chocolate. Can you tell we're chocolate enthusiasts?

We are committed to making reasonable adjustments for those with disability to provide a positive barrier-free recruitment process and supportive workplace.
