We’ve got a brilliant opportunity for an IT Support Officer to join the Haigh’s team whilst supporting our growth and developing your career in parallel!  We can offer you a permanent full-time role, working alongside our fabulous Network Administrator, additional IT Support Officer and reporting to the Head of Technology.

In this role you will provide level 1 and some level 2 technical support to our head office, stores, factories and distribution centre across a range of end user devices and software. As the first point of contact, you will be a strong problem solver and actively find ways to overcome challenges or unfamiliar situations. A key component of this role is the diagnosis and resolution of retail Point of Sale/EFTPOS problems to support retail operations and our Business as usual calendar (BAU).

To succeed in this role, you will have: 

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 user management, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively using remote support systems.
  • Basic Networking experience (Routing, Switches, Firewalls, VLANs, and WANs).
  • Experience diagnosing and performing minor hardware repairs and software configuration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document systems and procedures.
  • The ability to deliver in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • Passion to drive change within the business.
  • Exemplary commitment to customer service for both internal and external customers.
  • Tertiary Education, TAFE or other relevant industry qualification.
