We’re looking for a detail-oriented People and Culture Systems Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. If you love exploring platforms, solving problems and making things run better, smoother, and faster – this is the role for you. Whether you're early in your career or have some experience under your belt, we’re after someone who’s naturally curious, tech-minded and passionate about making systems work for people.
In this role, you’ll own and optimise our core Human Resource Information System, Dayforce. You’ll support and enhance Dayforce, streamline processes, enable smart decision-making through data and help us scale our systems to support a growing workforce. You don’t need to be a technical expert – just someone who genuinely enjoys systems and how they work. Whether you're a recent HR, Business or IT graduate, or have a few years of experience in HR tech or data, we’d love to hear from you.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Be our Dayforce superuser – supporting system users, managing workflows, lifecycle changes and reporting.
- Lead system upgrades, module rollouts and integration efforts.
- Manage vendor relationships and work closely with stakeholders to understand system needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Lead UAT processes, data migration and system integration activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports – including compliance reporting such as WGEA, with Power BI as a key tool for data visualisation and reporting. Experience with Power BI is ideal, but we’re happy to support training for those looking to develop these skills.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, manage user access and uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support People & Culture projects through effective use of systems and reporting.
- Stay informed on relevant regulations, data privacy laws and security standards affecting HR systems.
What you’ll bring:
- A genuine passion for systems – you enjoy exploring, tweaking and learning how things work.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do.
- An interest in HR is great – this role is all about the systems that support our people.
- A willingness to grow into a subject matter expert in People and Culture systems.
Why you’ll love it here:
- You’ll be supported to grow, learn and develop in a role that you can truly make your own.
- Work with a passionate and collaborative team who care about what they do.
- Be part of a business that values trust, determination, and contribution – and has fun along the way.
- Chocolate!!
We have a strong values-based culture and offer a generous salary, short term incentive scheme, flexible working options, wellbeing initiatives, invest in professional development along with many other benefits. And just to emphasise, joining our team comes with the delightful bonus of indulging in plenty of chocolate. Can you tell we're chocolate enthusiasts?
