We’re looking for an enthusiastic and eager Junior IT Support Officer who is ready to kickstart their career with us. Reporting to our IT Operations Lead, this permanent full-time role is based at our Parkside Head Office, with occasional travel to other locations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT helpdesk queries, providing Level 1 support via phone, email and in person. A key part of your day will involve keeping systems and records up to date, managing support tickets, and ensuring issues are tracked and followed through to resolution. You’ll work closely with our IT Support Officers and Operations Lead to support smooth IT operations across the business, including assistance for remote sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first contact IT support for helpdesk queries through various channels.
- Resolve routine technical issues following documented procedures.
- Collaborate with IT Support Officers to assist in resolving more complex issues.
- Provide remote support via VSA X when required.

- Basic understanding of IT support concepts and troubleshooting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt to new challenges.
- Tertiary Education, TAFE or other relevant industry qualification.
- Prior helpdesk experience will be highly regarded.
