Run by fourth generation Haigh’s family, we employ over 950 people across 21 retail stores currently located in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra, as well as online, plus two factories and head office. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients, Haigh’s prides itself on being a chocolate ‘bean to bar’ specialist, committed to the art of premium chocolate making. Haigh’s roast their own cocoa beans, ethically sourced from plantations around the world, to create a unique blend of premium milk and dark chocolate.  Through meticulous artisan skills that include handmade chocolate creation and finishing, combined with advanced manufacturing equipment and techniques, Haigh’s creates exquisite chocolates that look and taste delicious.

We are currently seeking Casual Retail Assistants to join our Collins Street Store. We are looking for highly customer-focused individuals who have full-day availability and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Who are we looking for?
Experienced Retail Assistants who are passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience, through the delivery of world-class customer service. As an ambassador of the brand, you will represent Haigh's with a positive retail spirit.


To be successful in the position you will have: 
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Availability to work primarily on weekdays.
  • A genuine passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously.
  • Eagerness to acquire in-depth product knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
  • A passion for all things chocolate!
