We’re excited to introduce a newly created role for a Sales Optimisation Planner. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on our growth plans. Based at Head Office in Parkside and reporting to the Sales Optimisation Manager, this full-time, permanent role will support commercial decision-making, ensure optimal inventory levels across sales channels and deliver high-quality financial and operational reporting that helps drive the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast and manage stores and online fulfilment inventory to keep well stocked.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for sales optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models for business reporting.
  • Prepare accurate commercial reporting, including sales reporting and product profitability.
  • Work effectively & collaboratively across multiple functions to support sales and operations.
  • Ensure sales and stock data is accurate and risks are addressed.
  • Provide insights from category reviews that inform decision-making and support business growth.

About You
You’re analytical, commercially minded and enjoy a fast-paced environment where curiosity and initiative drive results. You take ownership of your work, enjoy problem-solving and use data to deliver real results. You’ll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business, with proven commercial experience in sales, finance and/or accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI experience preferred), with exposure to QAD, Square or Magento highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Collaborative working style, able to engage effectively across departments.
  • Background in FMCG, retail or manufacturing and experience in forecasting or project delivery (advantageous).
