We’re seeking an experienced Data Analyst to play a key role in advancing Haigh’s data strategy, helping us make smarter, faster and more meaningful decisions. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Head of Technology and is a newly created opportunity to make your mark and shape how data drives decision-making at Haigh’s.

You’ll design, build and maintain the systems that power data-driven insights, working hands-on to create data lakes and warehouses, ensure data quality and security, and deliver information that shapes the future of our retail, manufacturing and corporate operations. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, helping implement a new analytics platform and establish the data foundations that will enable advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain data systems, including data lakes, warehouses and databases.
• Integrate data from diverse business areas including retail, manufacturing, finance and People & Culture.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Implement and support the company’s chosen data platform.
• Ensure data consistency, quality and security across all systems.
• Lead proof-of-concept analytics projects and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Present complex data in a clear, engaging way to non-technical audiences.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft analytics tools
• Proven capability with modern data platforms (Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric preferred)
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing is highly regarded.
