Step into a key role in our People & Culture team as a P&C / WHS Advisor and make a real difference in shaping a safe, positive and high-performing workplace. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering stability and the opportunity to grow your career.


Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to strengthen culture, reduce risk and champion employee wellbeing, bringing your P&C and safety expertise to life every day.

This role is based at our Parkside Head Office, with regular onsite work (2 days per week) at our brand-new Salisbury South complex, giving you the chance to experience and contribute across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide generalist P&C support across performance, conduct, grievances and probation.
  • Partner with leaders on flexible work, workforce planning and engagement.
  • Assist with employment contracts and changes to terms and conditions.
  • Contribute to P&C and WHS projects, policies and continuous improvement.
  • Promote safety culture and support wellness initiatives.
  • Coach leaders on P&C and WHS matters to build capability and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards and policies.
  • Support WHS Manager with injury management and return-to-work processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a generalist P&C role with experience in WHS.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and workplace safety principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, WHS, or a related field (essential).
