To support continued business growth and increased production volumes, we’re recruiting full-time Manufacturing Operators to join our Parkside team. Positions are available on both day shift (6:00 am – 2:15 pm) and afternoon shift (2:00 pm – 10:15 pm), working Monday to Friday. Roles at our Salisbury South site will be advertised later in the year.
We have a range of opportunities available across our manufacturing operations, including Enrobing (machine operation). We’re ideally looking for experienced food process line operators, confectioners, bakers, cake decorators, chocolate makers, and welcome those with backgrounds in cooking, patisserie, or any food manufacturing environment.To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing (highly regarded)
- Current forklift license (highly regarded)
- Experience operating food production machinery
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- A genuine passion for producing high-quality products
- Initiative and a professional approach to problem-solving
- Accurate and consistent use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- A strong commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and standards
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent food handling skills, with a focus on maintaining strict hygiene standards
- Strong availability Monday through to Friday
