Join us in the exciting new position of Fulfilment Team Leader - Online. As the Fulfilment Team Leader - Online at Haigh’s Chocolates, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our fulfilment processes, directly contributing to the company's growth and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for managing our online store and fulfilment activities. Previous experience in a comparable position leading a team of 5-10 members is required.

To thrive in this position, you will:

• Be the on-the-floor go-to expert, providing guidance and support to team members on operational tasks and procedures.
• Utilise analytical thinking to identify challenges, develop solutions and implement process improvements on the floor.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures in stock management, order fulfilment and customer service.
• Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, equipment and materials.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of IT systems critical to fulfilment operations.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
• Show a commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance, with knowledge of food handling and safety standards.
