Join us in the exciting new position of Fulfilment Operations Coordinator. As the Fulfilment Operations Coordinator at Haigh’s Chocolates, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our fulfilment processes, directly contributing to the company's growth and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations, support the Fulfilment Team Leaders, manage rostering and drive efficiencies for the Fulfilment function. Strong organisational skills and project management experience is required

To thrive in this position, you will:

• Be the on-the-floor go-to expert, providing guidance and support to team members on operational tasks and procedures.
• Utilise analytical thinking to identify challenges, develop solutions and implement process and system improvements
• Understand and communicate sales budgets and targets – daily, weekly, monthly.
• Successfully utilise scheduling platform for rosters, wages, forms, leave and training.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of IT systems critical to fulfilment operations.
• Assist the Fulfilment Manager to deliver key strategic projects where required.
• Support Fulfilment Team Leaders to control and manage standard and seasonal stock to meet sales demand.
• Manage 3^rd party suppliers including Australia Post and Courier services.
• Show a commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance, with knowledge of food handling and safety standards. Create and maintain Operating Procedures for systems and processes.
